1. Location and access

2. Foundation and vibration isolation

3. Ventilation and cooling
Provide free air intake and hot-air discharge paths sized to the manufacturer's spec, with clearance on all sides for servicing. An enclosed room without proper louvres will overheat the engine and shorten its life.
4. Exhaust routing
Route the exhaust away from windows, air intakes and walkways, at a discharge height that satisfies pollution control board guidance. Support the pipework independently and use a flexible bellow at the engine.
5. Noise compliance
Commercial and mixed-use zones in Guwahati have limits, and areas near hospitals or schools are stricter. Specify an acoustic enclosure rated for your zone and, where needed, add a residential-grade silencer.
6. Electrical work and earthing
Correctly sized cabling, a properly rated changeover panel (manual or AMF), and dedicated earthing pits per code. Poor earthing is the most common cause of nuisance trips and control-card failures we find on site.
7. Fuel storage and fire safety
